How is this bottle 'antimicrobial'?

Unlike porous plastic which absorbs liquids and bacteria, our steel is non-porous. The electropolishing process smooths out microscopic peaks and valleys on the metal's surface, leaving germs with nowhere to cling to. While not a chemical killer, it physically prevents colony growth.
